Damaged Product, Lacking Customer Service

I've been unable to reach KBOC via their website and email to replace/refund the damaged product I received.

not happy with customer service

ordered this mat but unable to reach a customer service. sent an email, they respond back but never heard again from them. i tried to follow up million times but no respond. i called the number +18559204444 but could not connect. can somebody from the company reach out to me. i had an issue with my mat that needs to be resolved. wasted my money for this product :(

Like Antibacterial Properties

I like the fact that this rug is antibacterial and catches germs as soon as you walk in door. I just wish the color of the rug was more eye appealing. Maybe it's the color it is because of the technology, I'm not sure. Just wish there were more color options as it kind of clashes with my hall runner. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Nice mat - I hope it works! More colors, please

I bought this mat because of a terrible ebola-like rabbit virus that is spreading like wildfire across the US - as I have pet rabbits in my home, I bought this as an extra layer of protection to try to prevent bringing the virus in our home via shoes. I wish it came in other colors, like a taupe, tan, or brown, (and without the KBOC printed on the front) to use inside by my other doors - I don't care for the large KBOC printed on the material. Make the mat in other colors and without the letters printed on it and you will sell many more mats!
